The Xtreme Couture GI Foundations' 15th Annual Charity Ride For Our Troops has concluded, leaving behind a trail of memorable moments. Red Rock Harley-Davidson played a vital role in making this event a resounding success. With over 380 participants, including the national anthem singer Caryol-Lyn Liddle-Puffer and a presentation of colors by the United States Marine Corps, the dealership proved to be an excellent choice for registration once again.
Throughout the ride, new stops were added from last year's event, and the organizers express their gratitude to all the supporting establishments. The volunteers stationed at each stop warmly greeted the riders, creating a welcoming atmosphere and even offering a bit of luck during the poker deck shuffle.
One of the highlights awaited the riders at Pioneer Saloon, where a skills challenge awaited them. Dart sharks and other participants amazed everyone with their precision, prompting the volunteers to duck and cover, even during practice throws. In the end, the winners of the best and worst hands were celebrated, along with four fortunate individuals selected through random draws.
Everyone eagerly awaited the final tally of funds raised during the event. The grand total for the day reached an astounding $42,850.00—an incredible accomplishment in itself.
The organizers extend their heartfelt appreciation to all those who spent the day with them, along with the sponsors and volunteers who tirelessly worked towards raising awareness and funds for wounded and combat veterans in need. They also emphasize the importance of ongoing support and urge everyone to express gratitude whenever they encounter the nation's heroes.
